Welcome to the International Association of Adjunct Practitioners. This is an association for instructors who teach either online, or on campus. Thousands of instructors work for institutions where the adjunct does not receive the benefits, nor the recognition of the full time faculty. This is the home for the adjuncts where they can truly shine and receive a warm welcome, camaraderie, share interests and concerns.
This is our first year and we welcome suggestions for what you would like to see happen this upcoming year, 2006. Tell your colleagues, to support the association and watch us GROW.
A main concern voiced by adjuncts is lack of health benefits. This is a goal for 2006, but first we must seek to grow our membership.
